The service department doesn’t answer the phone when called and I had an appointment to drop my truck off at 9:30 and didn’t look at it until almost 4:00 pm. What’s the point of an appointment?

The 2024 Chevrolet Silverado RST had to be towed in for a check engine light ,the engine was running rough and the transmission would not allow the truck to move.This vehicle only has 8500 miles on it .The service manager said that a P060C code came in and shop tech cleared the code and l was told the truck was ready for pick up

Sold me a truck they said would be delivered the next day. Truck was not delivered as promised. In fact the truck was sold to someone else even though I signed all paperwork the day prior. Once again was promised an identical truck the following day and I have not heard anything, dealer won't even respond to multiple emails I've sent.

Had early communication issues with Supreme trying to order a Tahoe. As it turns out, GM was not excepting orders at this time, and that was not communicated to me properly. Supreme did offer us a 2026 Tahoe LT in route to their site matching our specifications in everything but color. At the end of the day, Supreme Chevrolet's offer was satisfactory, and we are awaiting the vehicle soon to arrive. Sales rep, management and finance exceeded expectations.

Truck is under warranty. Had truck towed from Naponville La to Gonzales. GM wanted to tow it to Thibodaux La. because it was the closest factory dealer. I wanted Superior Chevrolet to do work because that is where I bought it. Robert never let's me down. Got truck back to .e the next day.

It's unfortunate that with 95k miles on my truck (6.2l V8) I'm on my 3rd engine but dealing with Supreme Chevrolet has made the situation much more tolerable. They've always been professional and courteous.

It took 4 hours to complete an oil change and recall. When I finally got my truck back the glove box was on the floor. When the tech came out to see what was wrong he laughed about it. The service writers were great, there was no issue with them.

I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance, including an oil change and tire rotation. I was informed that the service was complete and that my car was ready for pickup. However, after reviewing the vehicle, the tires had not been rotated. As a result, they had to take the keys back so the service could be done. This is frustrating because this is not the first time this has occurred. On a previous visit, I was also told that my tires had been rotated when they had not been. I understand that tire rotation is an important part of routine maintenance and is essential for the longevity and performance of the tires, which is why I rely on this service being completed as stated. I value routine maintenance and trust in the accuracy and quality of the service provided. I would appreciate greater attention to detail and confirmation that all requested services are fully completed before vehicles are released to customers. I had Supreme Chevrolet Service Dept take care of some issues that I had with my truck. Service was completed on time as promised. I can always count on Robert and the service team to keep my truck in top shape.

I am writing to formally address persistent and unresolved issues with my vehicle, purchased from Supreme Chevrolet in June 2024. Since the purchase date, I have experienced repeated safety and mechanical problems that remain unresolved despite multiple service visits. Below is a chronological summary of the issues and service history: August 2024: Brake fluid low. Dealer advised this was normal. Fluid refilled; message returned within one week. September–October 2024: Brake fluid leak confirmed; part ordered and installed. Brakes continued to squeak, sensors displayed errors. Since June 2024: Shaking from driver-side window persists despite multiple inspections. Videos provided to the dealership. Multiple occurrences over 2 years: Brakes replaced 3–4 times, numerous sensors replaced, cracked brake pads, rear brake caliper issues, stability/trac errors, engine overheating, injector failure, F-module issues, cracked steering wheel trim, door appliqué and weatherstrip problems. Most recent incident: During a routine oil change and tire rotation, my rear passenger tire was plugged. The tire was flat the next day; dealership advised I now need two new tires. Throughout this period, communication from the service team has been inconsistent. Advisors do not reliably return calls, and excuses such as “staff shortage” or “on vacation” have been repeatedly given. My confidence in the dealership’s ability to repair or diagnose these issues is extremely low. This situation is unacceptable. The ongoing problems are serious, involve safety-related components, and have persisted from the time of purchase. My warranty has expired, which now places an undue financial burden on me to address defects that have never been properly resolved by the dealership. I am requesting the following: A comprehensive inspection and documented diagnosis of all ongoing issues by a qualified technician. Repair or replacement of the vehicle if defects cannot be fully resolved. Assurance that future repair costs related to pre-existing defects will not be charged to me. A formal response within 10 business days regarding the plan for resolution. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to escalate this complaint to: The Better Business Bureau The State Attorney General – Consumer Protection Division The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration I have included all service records, repair receipts, and video evidence of the unresolved issues to assist in your review. I expect this situation to be addressed with the urgency it warrants. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

Fast Friendly service

I think the cost for parts and services are grossly overpriced. I compared the parts and labor to other companies and supreme is hundreds to almost a thousand more.

I called looking for a particular make and model. The sales associate Gabriel confirmed that they did and had it ready and waiting. Gabriel made sure my process was smooth and comfortable. He was very professional and I never once felt pressured.
